VAASTU

1. GENERAL INTRODUCTION: -IN PRESENT DAY LIFE NUMBER OF BUILDINGS ARE BEING CONSTRUCTED FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES. CIVIL, ARCHITECTURAL & ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING IN COLLABORATION WITH OTHER SCIENCES COME TO THE HELP OF DESIGNERS TO SATISFY THE NEEDS OF THE OWNERS TO SATISFY THEIR HUNGER FOR HEALTH, WEALTH And PROSPERITY & PEACE IN LIFE. STILL THESE SCIENCES FAIL IN CONSIDERING THE EFFECTS OF PLANETARY MOVEMENTS & ASTROLOGICAL EFFECT ON NATIVES, SITES & BUILDINGS.

THE ANCIENT SCIENCE OF VAASTU SHASHTRA AS PROPOUNDED BY HINDU SEERS, RISHIS & SAINTS DO CONSIDER THESE EFFECTS ALONG WITH ABOVE PARAMETERS TO SATISFY THIS HUNGER OF OCCUPANTS BOTH PHYSICAL & MENTAL.

WE PROVIDE THE COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTATION ON ALL ASPECTS LIKE NATURE & QUALITY OF LAND, PLANNING, LAYOUT & DESIGN OF BUILDINGS and SELECTION OF MATERIALS & INTERNAL LAYOUT OF POSSESSIONS.

SITE VISITS, OFFICE CONSULTANCY & LAYOUT ON PAPER ARE PROVIDED.

2. GENERAL TIPS OF VAASTU: The Vaastu unlike the modern architecture is a complex subject & needs to be handled by an expert. As an example let us say that a house is very lucky for its owner. However on change of the owner, may be due to any reason, it does not prove to be so. Does it mean that now the house be demolished & constructed afresh? OUR ANSWER IS BIG NO. Only thing, which has changed, is the owner. All other physical factors remaining same astrological parameters have changed & hence some modifications in view of this, whether on ground or otherwise, have to be incorporated. For this, expert advice of an astrologer cum vaastu expert has to be sought.

3. GENERAL TIPS OF VAASTU: - In spite of above anomaly some general tips for the benefit of our clients are given. They are advised to use these parameters, if possible, but coupled with expert advice. Once again these tips can be used easily for new construction. For old & existing construction they need not rush for demolition & reconstruction. We advise them some changes in use, layout & interior design, layout & decoration, to avoid otherwise heavy expenditure & make the things beneficial as per vaastu. Remember these tips are the best possible & are seldom available in life. Tips are as below:

a. General: Northern & Eastern side of the house should be kept lower to its Southern & Western side.

b. Gates: Divide the plot, both width & length wise, into 9 equal parts each as shown in the box given below on the left. G indicates best possible position of the main gate in that particular direction if required. Wherever x is indicated, gate should not be provided in this part of the building.
